I had a wonderful experience with Dhiraj from the Bose store. I was looking for the best speaker setup for my TV based on my room size, and Dhiraj went above and beyond to assist me. He even did a home visit to understand the acoustics and layout, and suggested the most suitable options accordingly.
He accompanied us back to the store, let us listen to various speakers and subwoofers, and patiently explained the differences. The entire process—from selection to purchase to installation—was made seamless thanks to his dedication and professionalism.
On the same day, he installed the speaker and subwoofer at our home, walked us through how everything works, and even helped us set up the app on our phones. His detailed explanations and friendly approach made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
Highly recommend Dhiraj for anyone looking for expert guidance and top-notch service!

Well I was satisfied but that's about it. According to me they need to employ a few more people as the staff aren't to most knowledgeable out there! I recently purchased a speaker from there and they failed to know the specifications of it which was simply shocking for the price their products are priced at! Also they aren't experienced enough or confident enough to represent a "flagship branch". Their service center is miniature and the person knows his work but since it's so small, it could take time for repairs! Their products can't really be complained about cause it's as good as perfect but this branch could do some help in terms of customer service!
