Recently visited the store and got to experience the quality of the speakers and headphones. This store has got staff with good expertise about their products and I am glad to purchase from them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I have visited the Bose Experience Center at Lulu Mall, Kochi twice recently, and overall my experience has been very positive. The sales team has been extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. A special mention to Aravind, the showroom manager, who took the time to explain the products properly and ensured all my questions were answered. His approach truly reflects the premium standards one expects from a brand like Bose. Customer service is 10/10, absolutely no complaints there. That said, I do miss one important aspect of the Bose experience that existed earlier — a dedicated, closed experience room. Bose products are premium, and customers coming in are usually serious buyers looking to understand exactly what they are investing in. Experiencing high-end audio in an open retail setup, with multiple products playing simultaneously, does not do full justice to what Bose is capable of. A separate experience room would make a significant difference and align better with the brand’s positioning. Another small but important point: while searching inside Lulu Mall, I noticed that Bose signage and directional boards were missing. For a global brand like Bose, it’s surprising that the store location isn’t clearly mentioned on mall signboards. Customers end up wasting time locating the showroom, and for serious buyers, time is money. This is something that could easily be improved with better visibility and coordination with the mall. Overall, a great team and excellent service. With a dedicated experience room and clearer signage, this showroom could truly deliver the complete Bose experience. I hope this feedback is taken in a constructive spirit, as it comes from someone who values the brand and visits with genuine intent to buy.

Immanuel was an excellent salesman, honestly, exactly how a salesperson should be. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me understand the products rather than just pushing for a sale. He took the time to walk me through each feature and answered every question without rushing. What stood out the most was that he actually allowed me to try the earbuds in-store. This was a first for me, because most places I’ve visited flat-out refuse, even though it’s absolutely essential to test audio products before buying them. You can't judge earbuds based solely on YouTube or Google reviews; you need to hear them yourself. Overall, the experience felt professional, informative, and customer-friendly,thanks entirely to Immanuel’s approach.
