I had a fantastic experience at the Bose Showroom in Lulu Mall while exploring earphones for myself, and I have to give full credit to Prakash for making it such a pleasant and smooth process.
From the moment I walked in, Prakash was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right product. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and patiently walked me through different models, explaining the features in detail without ever being pushy. His knowledge about the products was impressive — I could tell he was well-informed and passionate about what he does.
What really stood out to me was his calm, courteous manner and the care he took in answering all my questions. In today’s world, where customer service often feels rushed or scripted, Prakash’s thoughtful approach made a real difference.
