Initially i was planning to go to the store to purchase the bose soundlink max but when my plan went sideways, I decided to make my purchase over the phone after speaking with Pranav Lotekar. I was a bit hesitant to purchase an expensive product over the phone without sight unseen but i was convinced after speaking with pranav and made my purchase. And i got to say, Pranav was fantastic and amazingly patient to my thousands of queries and i might have pestered him thousand times even AFTER the product was delivered to me to get a thorough understanding of the product. He shared good information on how to take care of the product (like never overcharging nor get to zero charging) to the right kind of adapter suited for the said product (even sending me the requisite amazon link for purchase). Every thing went so smooth. I think i will be further embarrassed if i share the number of times i might have called Pranav with my juvenile queries so i better stop. Would highly recommend to seek out pranav (no idea what position he holds) for unmatched customer service.

I had a fanstastic, hassle free expereince at my first purchase at the Bose store. The Sales Manager Nikhil guided me on my first day with such patience. I need time to think and he gave me my space. When i went next day, the lady Manager Jinal helped me with the same zeal and passion. I needed to take it to Aurangabad and the packing was done so professionally. They both managers are wonderful human beings with a kind soul. When the service touches the heart, you become a lifelong customer of a Brand. These Managers are an asset of your successful Brand. I would surely recommend this store to all from India . Reach out to them without thinking twice .👍

I purchased my Bose Sound 600 bar from this showroom. Mr Shoaib had shown me the product and explained me everything in great detail. Very nice demo he had given. He had given very informative explation about the product. Later on, when I had some software related issue with the product, he helped me a lot to coordinate wth the service center and helped me to resolve the issue.
