I visited The Bose store....the store condition is pathetic...without ac the store is unbearable place to pass the time...inspite of the situation the employees are very helpful and gave me demo of my chosen product...but in this scorching heat we barely spend time on the floor...

I have recently visited the Bose store Chowringhee. Arnab had given me the demo for Smart soundbar and Smart Ultra Soundbar. I really loved the demo as it was very good. But I was disappointed with the condition of the store as it was very hot and the ac was not working. To ease the heat fan was there but it was not of any help and I didn't expect this from Bose.

I recently had the opportunity to try the Bose Ultra Soundbar at Quest Mall, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the sound quality. I then contacted the Park Street store and arranged for a demo. Prashant from the store was incredibly helpful, suggesting I try a home demo for a better experience. The home demo was fantastic, and I was fully satisfied with the audio. Prashant also recommended the Bass Module 500, which I decided to purchase alongside the soundbar. Within a day, both were installed, and I am grateful to Prashant for his excellent service and support.
