This is an appreciation note for Bose representative Mr.Prathvi Khatri, I was very unhappy with my purchase thinking that the ultra open ear bud is not good enough for music clarity, mind it I purchased it at qatar airport, i was above to sell it off. But luckily I spoke to Mr. Prathvi , gulmohar Mall bose outlet, he went out of the way to explain the newly launched immersion version on this ear bud. Trust me I am super duper happy n he got smile on my face . He explained all the details n settings for same n retained one of the bose valuable customer. If you are looking for pure quality sound the Bose is the only one. Bose products are great and expensive but they are worth their quality. Definitely try QC35, I have been using it since 8 months and I have tried beats, sony and other premium range headphones but no one could beat Bose. All products available to experience and staff is courteous. It's original brand store. You get Bose products with international warranty so if possible buy from a country where its cheaper like US, Dubai. They do have a room to experience their home theatre.
