What started as a random visit turned into a truly memorable experience. I visited the BOSE store at Phoenix Market City, Viman Nagar while exploring home theatre options for my newly constructed home. I am from Ratnagiri, far from Pune, and had no immediate plan to purchase that day.
From the moment I entered the store, Shubham welcomed me with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. He patiently demonstrated the soundbar, subwoofer, and rear speakers in the demo room, making the entire experience feel special. I spent almost one and a half hours in the store without realising how quickly the time passed. The demonstration was so engaging and impressive that I felt completely connected to the product.
Even after that visit, although I explored other brands, the experience at the BOSE store stayed with me. Shubham followed up with me consistently from October, never being pushy, only supportive and understanding.
When I finally decided to purchase, he guided me through everything with humility. He even suggested a video-call installation option to help me save additional service costs, which showed his genuine concern for the customer.
Today, I proudly own a BOSE product, and it is all thanks to the trust built by Shubham and the team. My thanks to Shubham and the BOSE Phoenix Market City, Viman Nagar team (Ample Retail Private Limited) for making this journey so smooth and meaningful. Highly recommended for anyone looking not just to buy a product, but to experience the brand.

I just came back from the Bose Store at viman nagar and it was a fantastic experience. The showroom is sleek, well‑lit, and stocked with the latest soundbars, headphones and portable speakers. What really made the visit stand out was Utkarsh he’s an incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic demonstrator. He walked me through the differences between the Smart Soundbar and the Ultra model, let me feel the depth of the bass module, and even set up a quick demo of the Bose Music app on my phone. I have been planning to purchase Bose S1 Pro Plus for long time and almost a year. Prithvi really followed up continuously and called me in regular intervals on all occasions of offers. Even he didn't give me any wrong information and didn't insist me to visit Viman Nagar when I said that I live in Wakad. Prithvi is a great salesperson.
