I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mr.Joel D’souza at Bose, Vashi store and was thoroughly impressed with their level of service. I was looking for Bose Smart Soundbar 600 and was initially overwhelmed by the options.
Mr.Joel D’souza approached me with a friendly and approachable demeanor, immediately putting me at ease. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, asking insightful questions about my budget, intended use, prior experience.
What truly stood out was their product knowledge, patience, problem-solving skills. They explained the differences between the options clearly and concisely, highlighting the pros and cons of each. They even demonstrated about the product, how to use a feature.

Good service and helpful staff. Convenient location. No car use metro. Some old systems like Bose wave are unserviceable due to parts unavailability but a solution exists for every problem (as long as the speakers are working) such as playing Spotify on it.;)
