Excellent Purchase & Installation Experience – Bose Quest Mall Sharing my recent purchase experience at the Bose Store, Quest Mall. Kudos to Akash (Sales) and Sudipto (Installation) for delivering an outstanding, end-to-end experience. Products Purchased: 1. Bose Smart Soundbar 2. ⁠Bose Bass Module 500 3. ⁠Bose Surround Speakers In-Store Experience: On 27th December 2025, my wife and I visited the store. Akash provided a detailed and thoughtful demo. What stood out: Attention to detail: He first understood my room size, seating distance, and room layout before starting the demo. Patient and transparent demo: He showcased Bose-selected content and then gave me ample time to test my own music and movie tracks—without any pressure to rush or buy. Purchase Experience: I hadn’t planned to buy that day and wasn’t carrying all my cards. Akash patiently helped explore multiple payment options. Eventually, the payment was completed using a combination of UPI and bank transfer, and he stayed engaged throughout to ensure everything went smoothly. Post-Purchase Support: 1. Promise kept: Since we had to leave home by 6 PM, Akash ensured billing was completed and the product was delivered before 6 PM, 27th Dec 2025, staying in constant touch. 2. ⁠Timely installation: Installation was arranged and completed on 28th December 2025, exactly as promised. Installation Experience with Sudipto: Sudipto was highly professional, proactive, and detail-oriented. Highlights: 1. Guided me in advance regarding rear speaker wiring, power requirements, and placement—even while working at another site. 2. ⁠Reviewed room photos/videos and explained the wiring setup clearly. 3. ⁠Reached on time, with prior updates. 4. ⁠Suggested optimal speaker placement based on room layout and acoustics. 5. ⁠Coordinated seamlessly with the electrician for clean wiring. 6. ⁠Installation was neat and clutter-free. 7. ⁠Explained all system features patiently and allowed ample testing time across TV, AirPlay, Bluetooth, and multiple content types, while tuning the system for our room. Overall Experience From demo to delivery to installation, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely customer-centric. Highly recommend the Bose Quest Mall team for anyone looking for both great products and exceptional service.
