Soundbar (Bose) Purchase Review
We visited the store to enquire about a soundbar, and Mr. Balaji assisted us. What stood out was that he didn’t try to sell a product—he sold us an experience. He patiently explained everything and ensured we truly understood what we were buying. Apart from Mr. Balaji, Mr. Sathish also took the time to give us detailed insights about the product, which really helped in our decision-making.
The installation was done by Mr. Gajapathi and his team, and they did a wonderful job. The installation was neat, professional, and the demo they gave us was extremely helpful. We have been using the soundbar for over a year now, and it remains one of our best purchases ever. The overall experience is something we will never forget.
