I visited the store initially to buy a Bluetooth speaker after my Bose SoundLink Flex stopped working due to a battery issue. Since I had already experienced Bose’s sound staging and vocal clarity, I simply couldn’t connect with audio from any other brand. That’s what made me look for another Bose product. However, I was confused and in a dilemma about whether to choose another Bluetooth speaker or switch to a soundbar, especially because I was worried about facing battery issues again in the future.
During this time, Ms. Treesa, the sales executive, guided me very patiently. She explained each and every product in a very knowledgeable and detailed way. She was extremely kind and supportive throughout the process. I visited the store more than five times for demos and also called and texted multiple times to clarify my doubts, and she was always willing to help without hesitation.
Finally, I decided to go with the Bose Smart Soundbar, and I’m truly glad I made that choice. I bought it mainly for daily casual listening and weekend movie sessions, and I’m honestly speechless. It absolutely rocks. The vocal clarity is so pure that it literally melts me while listening to music. And when it comes to movies, the immersive, mini-theatre-like experience makes me feel every moment as if I’m inside the scene itself.
This purchase has been totally worth it, and I’m already planning to upgrade the setup in the future by adding a subwoofer and surround speakers to make the experience even more complete.

We purchased Bose Surround Speakers along with Floor Stand at Ispahani Centre, Chennai during Navaratri. Mr. Muzaffar Ali attended us. He explained all the technical aspects very well with live demo of the speakers connected to the Soundbar Ultra and Bass Module 700. We are highly satisfied and impressed with his hospitality, attitude, cordial explanation and product knowledge. I highly recommend this shop to experience the demo and purchase of Bose products.
