Have been an old customer of Bose MG road store (since 2014) and this is the 5th product that I have purchased from them in 10 years.
Although the store executives have always been very helpful but this specific time i got acquainted with Mr Raghavendra, who gave me a detailed demo explaining every aspect of the home theatre product and by far this is the longest demo I have taken in my life of any product which was 2hrs+.
Mr Raghvendra was not only patient throughout the demo while also attending to other customers who where coming to the store, and also he is very knowledgeable which compelled me to go for a higher end product which I had not planned.
Overall will rate the experience as 4.5/5
