Absolutely blown away by the incredible service at the Bose service center for my non-working earbuds. I've been an avid Apple user for two decades and have always considered their service top-tier (a solid 9/10), but Bose has truly set a new standard.
From the moment I walked in, Bhargav and his colleague were incredibly professional and efficient. They thoroughly checked my earbuds, and within just 15 minutes, I walked out with a brand new pair! This level of speed, expertise, and customer care is simply unparalleled.
Even without a significant physical presence in India, Bose delivers a 10/10 service experience that far exceeds expectations. A special shout-out to Bhargav and his colleague for their outstanding assistance. They've not only resolved my issue but have also won a loyal customer. Highly, highly recommend!
