I had been researching since weeks, most of the reviewers pointed out Sony XM5. Hence, I was not considering Bose QC Ultra. When I experienced XM5 I did not find it worth the hype due to comfort issues. I decided to try Bose just for the sake of it, did not have any expectation.
Akash at the showroom gave such amazing pitch that was combined with superb comfort of QC Ultra and the awesome immersive sound. Loved the headphones immediately. They did not have the color I wanted and I wanted them immediately so ended up buying from another store same day within 2 hours of the demo.
Thank you Akash for helping me change the mind from Sony to Bose.
